Deep Waters: A New Small Group Pilot

Deep Waters is an eight-week small group pilot for people looking for a place to go a little deeper: to swim in the deep end with questions of faith and life, explore spiritual practices together, listen to one another, and discover what might emerge from meaningful conversation.

This won’t be a class or a traditional Bible study. Instead, each gathering will have a light structure built around honest conversation and connection. Questions, doubts, curiosity, wonder, and uncertainty are all welcome.

Because this is a pilot, Pastor Michael is intentionally keeping the group small and asking participants to commit to the full eight-week experience beginning September 29. When we show up consistently for one another, we create the trust and sense of belonging that allow us to move beyond surface-level conversation and “go deeper” together into the questions and experiences that really matter to us.

At the end of our eight weeks, we’ll reflect together on what worked, what we learned, and what might come next. If Deep Waters proves meaningful, we hope to continue the group next year and potentially open an additional group if there is enough interest.
