Social Groups![]() Colonial Culture ClubOpen to adults in the mid-20s to 40 years old, the group meets monthly for field trips, game nights, study groups or other activities to provide an opportunity for the age group to get to know one another in a social setting. Contact Stephanie Graff for more information. Galloping GourmetA dining group for couples or paired singles. The pairs rotate into different groups of 8 people to share a meal. Most months, September through May, groups meet in individual homes to get better acquainted in a casual setting. The food is not necessarily gourmet. Contact Kathi Cook for more information. ![]() Colonial FriendsColonial Friends is a group for seniors that meets the third Wednesday of each month at noon for a trip of general interest, a potluck or a program. Activities will be posted in the Crier and Weekly Sunday Highlights. Colonial WomenA group for women of the church. Activities include social gatherings such as Blue Moose Tuesdays and Morning Coffees, book group discussions, cultural outings and outreach. Activities will be posted in the Crier, Weekly Sunday Highlights, on the bulletin board in the narthex and on the website. When events are posted, the event coordinator will also be listed so you can contact her for more information. Colonial Women hosts the annual Rummage Sale in October. Colonial Women GuildsWomen also meet in smaller groups called guilds, which meet the first Wednesday or Thursday of alternate months. Of the three guilds, two meet at noon and the other group meets in the evening. All of the groups come together four or five times a year for a luncheon and program. All three of the guilds have open memberships with a bond of sisterhood that welcomes visitors to any meeting. |
